Some Christmas cheer may be on the cards at the pumps. The Automobile Association is forecasting a massive drop in fuel prices next month.
Based on current data, the A-A is expecting a litre of petrol to drop by as much as R1,54.
Diesel should cost at least 92 cents less, while illuminating paraffin should decline by 85 cents.
The likely drop is being driven by falling global oil prices and a modest improvement in the rand-dollar exchange rate.
