It’s been a year now since Thando Thabethe launched her lingerie line and she is absolutely excited at how far her baby has come.
The actress and radio personality took to Instagram to express how excited she is at how succesful this project has become.
She wrote: “She is ONE‼ My baby is ONE this month!!! Thank you to ALL the ladies and guys that have supported my business. I had no idea what I was doing when I started this but each day, just like any relationship, is a learning curve and an opportunity for growth …be prepared for new arrivals in a couple of days.
However, some of her followers complained that there were no sizes for plus sized women on her designs and others urged Thando to also make Thabooty underwears for men.
“Pity plus size women ain’t catered for. The way we support but, we are not considered on the drawing board” commented one follower, and another one wrote “Haybo ! @thando_thabethe we’ve been saying that we need @thabootys for guys.”
Thando Thabethe responded to her followers and said that their requests will be considered.
Others from neighbouring countries also want to purchase the designer underwear. “How can I get them here in Botswana,” wrote one Instagram follower.
The Housekeepers actress is one multi-talented TV and radio personality who has ventured into many fruitful businesses.
