Durban-based pastor Timothy Omotoso is set to go to trial for human trafficking in the Eastern Cape High court in Port Elizabeth.
Two women are also accused of recruiting girls for s-e-xual exploitation by the evangelist.
Omotoso and his co-accused face a total of 63 charges.
These include human trafficking, racketeering and r@pe.
About 60 girls, some as young as 13-years-old, are alleged to have been s-e-xually abused by Omotoso at his compound in Umhlanga.
