Her message to her late son left many filled with heavy emotions.
The funeral is currently taking place at the Mmabatho Convention Centre attended by family, friends and fans of the Motswako rapper.
Amongst those who delivered moving tributes to the rapper was his mother who touched funeral attendees with the letter she wrote to her one and only son.
Parts of the letter read:
“Boy, I can’t believe it’s been 10 days since you left us. Jabu, there was an incredible feeling of joy when I saw you take your first breath and an incredible feeling of emptiness when I learned you had taken your last but between those two breaths there are 38 years good years which I’m truly and forever thankful to God for. “We will cry and tears will dry, but the memory of you will remain. Goodnight my son, goodnight my son from mama.”
HHP’s wife Lerato Sengadi was also in attendance at the funeral.

There is currently an uproar on social media because the Tsambo family did not acknowledge Lerato in HHP’s obituary.
So much for Ubuntu!! #HHPFuneral
The family making it a point to say people's names on the podium and ignore Lerato as his wife. This is vindictive and ugly.
What they've done to Lerato since the day Jabba died is sad.

Lerato we recognise you, and know that Jabba loved you. A man shall leave his family and join with his wife and two shall become one. Thats all that matters. To think that other women ignored u it pains me, it pains me because women must stand for each other.

#HHPFuneral Now I actually understand why Lerato wanted to stop this funeral, the Tsambos are disrespectful. How the hell that she is not mentioned in the obituary?Very immature.
