Journalist and radio personality Xolani Gwala says suffering from stage four colon cancer was more traumatic on his family, than it was for him.
After four operations and numerous chemotherapy sessions, Gwala has learned many valuable life lessons.
Over 100,000 South Africans are diagnosed with cancer each year and some don’t survive.
However, Gwala has survived.
He spoke about being diagnosed with advanced colon cancer and how he survived it.
Xolani and his family as well as 702 expressed thanks and gratitude for his healing and everyone’s support during his battle with colon cancer.
Xolani’s wife Peggy Sue Khumalo conveyed her gratitude to family, friends all who have supported her husband in his journey.
