Sophie Ndaba is currently trending again and all for the wrong reasons. Shame can we give this lady a break? She already has a lot to deal with.
Apparently, the fake news about Sophie’s death started spreading like wildfire when it was announced that her death was allegedly broken by breakfast TV show – Expresso.
However, Expresso has gone out to distance themselves from the rumor and to make it clear that they did not report any news about Sophie’s alleged death.
The fake news about her death is quite unfortunate especially considering that Sophie is a mother and a married woman.
Just a month ago the actress and businesswoman had to defend herself after people raised concerns about her drastic weight loss transformation.
Sophie explained that she had to lose weight as it was endangering her health especially as a person who is living with diabetes.
“I’m sending my love to all my friends and family who are concerned about my weight and health. Living with Diabetes doesn’t mean my life must stop. It means I will fight to live and encourage those who already are suffering from this deadly disease. Help others prevent it.

I started my weight loss journey because I was Obese and it affected my health. I made a confident choice to start eating well and lose weight. Yes it’s been a year of healthy eating and I’m proud of where I am.
The rumours about Sophie Ndaba's death is false and we did not report on any news about her on the show today 🙏 #ExpressoShow

I want to encourage those who are struggling with obesity and say don’t worry what people think even if they will think you’re dying. Being overweight landed me in hospital. I made my weight loss choice, ” she shared.
Sophie is yet another celebrity who has fallen into the long list of celebrity death hoax that have been announced during the years.
