Kessie Nair the businessman who called President Cyril Ramaphosa the k-word in a video clip returns to the Verulam magistrate’s court on Wednesday.
Nair was arrested last Wednesday.
He faces charges of crimen injuria and incitement.
His family has since issued a statement, indicating he is physically and mentally unwell.
They claim he suffers from a chronic illness and needs immediate medical care.
Nair’s family has asked South Africa to forgive him, saying they will do their best to make amends.
