I’m not dead – Itumeleng Khune

Itumeleng Khune

This comes after reports emerged on social media on Wednesday night suggesting that the Bafana Bafana goalkeeper had lost his life in a car crash. The Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper has responded to recent reports suggesting that he died in a car accident.

Football fans posted messages of condolences on social media after hearing the news. Khune dismissed the rumours by posting a picture of himself on his official Twitter account with the caption “Alive and kicking”.

He wrote a pretty rocky and confusing caption on the picture, really didn’t know exactly what he was referring too: My choices. My problems. My mistakes. My lessons. My life ?

Khune’s girlfriend Sbahle Mpisane was, however, involved in a car accident last month in Durban while driving a car that the goal minder had bought her. She is still in the hospital recovering from the accident.
